The bio is not a fashion
Recently I read almost everywhere that there is "fashion" in organic food, cosmetics, construction, etc.. But I am of the opinion that this is not - nor should it be - a fashion because fashions come and go and are usually short-lived moments and then abandoned.
"There's something new under the sun, or rather old," said Meadows and I think this could be the slogan of a bio because he is not new but a return to fashion. A return to old-fashioned recipes, cosmetics, and homemade soap with a few simple ingredients and the authenticity of the earth. The modern
brought us many benefits but also many problems. In the field of cosmetics has led to products that are formulated increasingly attractive and pleasant fragrance but to the detriment of health of the skin. Why place of petroleum in a face cream?? Why fill the silicone synthetic detergents?? Of course, to trade issues. The synthetic oil and have much lower costs in natural creams and stuff you can completely empty but paying them a miracle. Not to mention the effect on skin and hair silky silicone, wrapping us as a film DOMOPACK, gives us.
omit the discussion of food because it would be long and treacherous but even from that standpoint we're in good ...
So I'm happy that finally something is moving now and be ever mindful of the fact that health is important and we can not sold off to the highest bidder. We must be aware of what we eat, drink, breathe and use on our bodies. Of course not everything is - or will - clear to the consumer because there are flaws that are revealed to the public later or never, and we continue to make us happy and oblivious to suggest by advertising how to live our lives.

Crips And Surenos Alience?
Now we talk about what the summer leaves us and that the spots on the skin melanin caused by sun exposure. Many women complain about this blemish caused by excessive pigmentation in some specific areas of the body and especially in the face. Pregnant women and those who take the pill should be very careful exposure to the sun because the increase in hormones can lead to skin discoloration.
Once formed the stain melanin is not easy to send her away because it proves very resistant to all treatments. In winter fades by itself but with the first summer sun is definitely out. What to do?? Well, prevention is essential. When you are susceptible to stains it takes a particularly high protection for the face and even a beautiful wide brimmed hat can not hurt.
But if in spite of everything there is that beautiful speck on the face or even on the lips as a kind of mustache then you have to use a strategy more than cosmetic. The cosmetics are the best in this sense peeling alphahydroxyacids (AHA).
AHAs are already present in nature from natural substances such as apples (malic acid), citrus fruits (citric acid), milk (lactic acid), sour grapes (tartaric acid), sugar cane (glycolic acid), vinegar (acetic acid ). The most widely used in cosmetics is glycolic acid and depending on its concentration has different functions: up to 6% has a moisturizing, 8 to 15% is slightly exfoliating scrub is moderately to 20%, 30 to 70% is very exfoliating but here we are already in the medical field. Some cosmetic depigmenting
use the combination glycolic acid / kojic acid which is more functional.
There are also other types of acids such as very effective the retina, which is a derivative of vitamin A, but its use is limited to the medical field.
The important thing about this is that any kind of cosmetic treatment that is peeling from the doctor in the house that is made only during the fall / winter when the sun's rays are at their lowest. Now that we're still in August we can only moisturize and protect.

Sun Sunspots and wrinkles
I know it is fashionable to be pretty dark and tanned, the skin color seems to hide imperfections and gives an air more healthy but we stop to think about how much radiation we subject our skin?? The fact of browning in the sun for hours, we not only can cause burns and dermatitis, but the very long aging skin (not to mention then more damage as melanoma).
The sun is like a sweet poison, in small doses does not damage healthy but in fact it is only by prolonged exposure causes damage. Not to mention the light tan on the use of which I am personally opposed.
After the summer there is the race for cosmetic anti-wrinkle treatments for the medical aesthetic peeling up to the actual lifting operation. How much money and how much health you save potrebber0 but if you took the sun with a little common sense. First of all the protections that must be consistently high, then off to creams and lotions with UVA and UVB sunscreens. Personally I prefer solar EcoBio because they have only physical filters that were sufficiently stable to prolonged exposure. However, nothing prevents you to take products that have both chemical and physical filters that can reach up to ensure high protection. Other
prudence would be to avoid the hottest hours of the day and exposed only in the morning and late afternoon. Regarding the children should not be exposed to the sun before the age of two and a walk in the first mattin0 or late evening may do them just fine.

Why Do Guys Like To Give Hickies
Spignattare??
spignattare What?? Well, among those who are interested in cosmetics do you really mean to create a cosmetic house. It seems difficult but with the raw materials available, you can create beautiful creams or delicate home made cleaners. We start with simple things like Mix together a little bit of this and a little that (eg, aloe gel and a vegetable oil) until you get to make real with a lot of cosmetic INCI. Must first obtain the raw materials such as oils, butters, waxes, etc. active. and tools for the realization as precision scales and beakers to heat. Spignattarsi a cosmetic is fun as well as economic (though some raw materials cost quite a bit!) And I am also an anti-stress :-).

What 's INCI
who knows the world of cosmetics already know what an accident but we are all able to read and understand it?? Diamond definition:
The INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) is the list of cosmetic ingredients expressed in a nomenclature standard.
Since 1997 it is mandatory that all cosmetic marketed on the packaging its INCI, or a list of ingredients it contains.
This list is in descending order.
the first place indicates the ingredients contained in the highest percentage, followed by others, up to that contained in the lowest percentage. Below 1% the ingredients may be listed in any order.
The ingredients of vegetable origin which have not undergone chemical processes are expressed by their Latin botanical name, followed by the use of them in English.
For example: "Prunus dulcis oil "means" sweet almond oil. "Substances which, however, have undergone a chemical intervention have an English name. For example:" sodium laureth sulfate "stands for" sodium lauriletossisolfato.
I colors are always listed after all, with the initials IC, which stands for color index, followed by an identification number. With the exception of hair dyes, which must always be referred to by their chemical name English.
This definition comes from Wikipedia and is quite comprehensive and understandable. When we buy a product for hygiene or for the cosmetics we all lose a few minutes to read the ingredient list to find out what we are buying. In the beginning all the entries will be difficult but with proper information and a little practice you will learn to choose products with the right wording and leave on the counter full of those substances not only synthetic, but in many cases, even harmful to our health.
There are substances that you should avoid and sifting through the forums that talk about eco bio you can have a little guide on these substances.
Petrolatum, paraffinum liquidum, mineral oil, petroleum jelly - derived from the refining of oil, pollutants and comedogenic.
ingredients ending in-one-thicone,-siloxane - Silicones are synthetic and therefore non-biodegradable. We still do not know the long-term effects on health.
Cocamide DEA, MEA, TEA (eg Triethanolamine), MIPA - are often found in shower gel / shampoo, used to support the foam but they are very aggressive on the skin. Are synthetic and can form nitrosamines (carcinogens).
EDTA (eg, tetrasodium EDTA) soluble heavy metals and pollute water.
Triclosan-disinfectant, allergen that accumulates in the body and can go in circles.
PEG-PGG and petroleum products containing even small traces of dioxane and ethylene oxide.
DMDM \u200b\u200bhydantoin, Imidazolidinyl urea, Diazolidinyl urea, formaldheyde, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, sodium hydroxymethylglycinate - release formaldehyde. Exposure to formaldehyde can lead to hypersensitivity or development of allergy. Contact with the skin through cosmetics or fabrics, can cause contact allergy. In large doses is carcinogenic.
Carbomer, Crosspolymer, acrylate (s), styrene, copolymer, nylon - Nonoxynol
synthetic and oil derivatives, poloxamer - synthetic, allergen-
trimonium,-dimonium - toxic to aquatic organisms and not biodegradable glycol
- solvent oil.
a valuable ally for the understanding of 'INCI is biodizionario ( www.biodizionario.it ) Fabrizio Zago.
It 'important to know the INCI also to see if a product keeps its promises. If, for example, buy a cream with vitamin C, we expect that the vitamin is the main ingredient or is at least in percentage suitable to carry out its task. Looking at the INCI we realize how much vitamin C is in the cosmetic, depending on its position in the list of ingredients. If Ascorbic acid is one of the top positions, then the cosmetic contains much, if you are late then the quantity will be minimal and therefore ineffective.

Using Out Of Date Canned Broth
Reflections of a seller of organic cosmetics eco
I just opened a shop in eco organic cosmetics in the south. Mine was a challenge because here there is no such thing, only sell products that is completely natural and certified. In the north, however these stores are popping up like mushrooms, but there have a different view and keep more of what you spread.
But here we must try to convince people not to get hurt. It is not easy. Attention is paid to the brand, advertising and - why not - in the wallet. The common thought is: why should I buy a shampoo for 7 / 8 of a euro instead of 2?? Why take the unknown brand, even if certified instead of one that suggests to me the incessant advertising??
way people buy and do not even know what she finally got him. If it is a cream cleanser or a silicone oil and full of SLES, SLS and other components not exactly delicate. Who cares, it has saved and is happy. He took the last advertised product and feels satisfied. I hope to endure long enough to see that it is possible to change people's minds.
